PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder of copper nanoparticles which do not use a polymer thereon as a protective material, have a high uniformity of particle diameters and show adequate dispersibility in a solvent, and to provide a dispersion liquid of the fine powder.;SOLUTION: The fine copper powder having the superior uniformity of the particle diameters is constituted by the copper particles having molecules of a surface active agent formed from an organic compound having a molecular weight of 200 to 400 depositing on the surface; has an average particle diameter DTEM of 50 nm or less, which is determined by TEM observation; and has a CV value of 50% or less and preferably is 25% or less, which is defined by the following expression (1): CV value=σD/DTEM×100, wherein σD is a standard deviation of the particle diameters of individual particles which have been used as the measurement target of DTEM.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
