PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooling capability of the inner surface temperature of a piping with the suitable structure and arrangement of a nozzle when a method for improving the residual stress with a high frequency induction heating (IHSI) is performed in an atomic power plant; to check the cooling effect when executing the method for improving the residual stress with the actual high frequency induction heating by setting a thermometer and also; to make advanced execution by exhausting the air as the bad effect when the IHSI is executed. PSOLUTION: When the method for improving the residual stress with the high frequency induction heating, is executed in the atomic power plant, the cooling capacity in the inner surface temperature of the piping, is improved with the suitable structure and arrangement of the nozzle and the cooling effect during the performance of the actual IHSI, is checked by setting the thermometer and also, the air in the executing part is exhausted by heating the piping before executing the IHSI.
