PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead-free low-temperature glass frit in which dispersed state of a lead-free filler at a sealing part or a coating part is adequately controlled in consideration of specific gravity, particle size, and content of the lead-free filler against a lead-free low-temperature glass, and to provide a lead-free low-temperature glass frit material using it, an image display device and IC ceramic package.;SOLUTION: The lead-free low-temperature glass frit comprises lead-free low-temperature glass, a lead-free filler having a specific gravity smaller than that of the lead-free low-temperature glass and a lead-free filler having a specific gravity larger than that of the lead-free low-temperature glass.
