PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detecting panel which can exactly prevent cracking or the like in a first substrate (element substrate) and a second substrate (scintillator substrate).;SOLUTION: The radiation detecting panel 3 includes: the first substrate 4 which keeps a plurality of photoelectric transducers 15 arranged on the surface 4a two-dimensionally; the second substrate 5 on the surface 5a of which scintillators 6 and 6* converting radiation into light are formed; the scintillators 6 and 6* and the photoelectric transducers 15 being disposed in an opposed state; an adhesive 22 which is disposed in a portion around the photoelectric transducers 15 and the scintillators 6 and 6* and adheres the first substrate 4 and the second substrate 5 together; and a plurality of spacers S which are contained in the adhesive 22 and ensures a space between the first substrate 4 and the second substrate 5. The spacers S have respectively about the same diameter as the thickness of the photoelectric transducers 15 and the scintillators 6 and 6* and are disposed in the direction of extension of the adhesive 22, with about the same space left in between.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
