PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation method of residual stress distribution and residual stress at a predetermined position in a resin molded product capable of easily calculating regardless of the variety of the used resin material.;SOLUTION: A distortion change of the surface of a molded product generated by drilling a hole on the resin molded product is measured. For example, a first stress generated on the resin molded product is obtained when a hole is drilled to a predetermined first drilled depth to the thickness direction of the resin molded product, and by assuming the stress generated in the resin molded product is 0 before the drilling, the value of the residual stress at the middle position between the drilled part and the first drilled depth is obtained by subtracting 0 from the first stress.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
