PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wattmeter which can easily achieve an operation at the time of a change of a contract.;SOLUTION: The wattmeter includes: a measurement pattern storing means 1c for storing a measurement pattern meeting a using time zone of electric power; an electric power storing means 1d for each time zone for distributing a whole day electric power to the time zones respectively every time that the whole day electric power reaches a prescribed measurement unit, in accordance with the measurement pattern stored in the measurement pattern storing means when a measuring function control means 1f for deciding whether or not an electric power for each time zone needs to be calculated decides that the electric power for each time zone needs to be calculated and storing the electric power for each time zone calculated by an electric power calculating means 1i for each time zone for calculating the electric power for each time zone; a display part 120 for displaying the whole day electric power stored in a whole day electric power storing means 1a and the electric power for each time zone stored in the electric power storing means for each time zone when it is decided that the electric power for each time zone needs to be calculated; and a setting means 1j for changing a necessity or unnecessity of calculation of the electric power for each time zone stored in a measuring function storing means in accordance with an external command.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
