PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to manage the energy consumption of each household appliance, and it is impossible to reduce (control) the energy consumption of each household appliance.;SOLUTION: In the home network where household appliances 202 to 208 and 210 to 215 are connected through a network 209, a home gateway 201 receives the energy consumption (electricity usage, gas usage and water service usage) of each household appliance, and manages it by an energy consumption management table.
