PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DSP card testing device that displays, on a screen, failure information of a memory region in a storage device to be diagnosed. PSOLUTION: The DSP card testing device is provided with: a storage device 13 having a memory region to be diagnosed; communication equipment 18 connected to the storage device 13 through a bus for communicating with a personal computer 2 through a transmission path 3 to which a personal computer 2 is connected; and first to fifth DSPs 10 each having an internal memory 8 for storing a program and data for diagnosing the storage device 13 connected through the bus, accessing the memory region of the storage device 13 by executing the program, and diagnosing the memory region. The DSP 10 stores the failure information of the storage device 13 obtained by the memory diagnosis processing in the internal memory 8 of the first DSP 10. When the failure information output from each DSP 10 is stored in the internal memory 8, the first DSP 10 outputs the failure information to the communication equipment 18 in a batch.
