PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system allowing management of a flow of medicine to dosage to a patient in a medical institution from production in a drug company in each individual article. PSOLUTION: In this medicine information integrated management system, a drug company information system and a medical institution information system are connected via a network, at least an individual article identification ID is written in an electronic tag in the drug company, an in-medical-institution identification ID for identifying an administration unit to the patient is created in the medical institution, a unique ID is created from the individual article identification ID and the in-medical-institution identification ID, and is registered in the medical institution information system, and the in-medical-institution identification ID is written in the electronic tag. By the created unique ID, information to the dosage of the medicine in the medical institution from shipment of the medicine in the drug company can be unified in management in each individual article of the medicine.
