PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily comprehend ordinance revision in a prefecture, city, town or village.;SOLUTION: A revision notification retrieval system 1 includes: an external database 2 such as an ordinance database accumulating information related to laws or a regulation collection; a law/ordinance revision information server 10 periodically performing data collection from the external database 2, and creating a revision information database of the laws and ordinances; and user terminals 100. The law/ordinance revision information server 10 performs connection to the external database 2 via an Internet line, acquires ordinance data, stores them into a large-capacity storage device 26, compares the finally acquired ordinance data and the precedingly acquired ordinance data, detects a non-coincident portion, creates ordinance revision data, and cumulatively stores them in the large-capacity storage device 26.
