Partial revision of the law enforcement ordinance of independent administrative agency Japan Sport Council on 7 Sept, 2016 : the points of revision and notice about the consolation payment criteria for the suicide of high school student

摘要

The Japan Sport Council notified the revision of the law enforcement ordinance of Independent administrative agency Japan Sport Council on 7 Sept. 2016. Thanks to this revision, Independent administrative agency Japan Sport Council can provide the Injury and Accident Mutual Aid Benefit to the cases of the suicide of high school students when the causes are not attributable to them in question such as hazing and corporal punish-ment. Those are the cases which have not been covered by the benefit so far.
