PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active sound insulation device that exhibits a superior sound insulation performance for sounds of broad frequency bands without developing control spillover.;SOLUTION: The active sound insulation device includes: a panel for separating a sound source side and a sound receiving side; a sensor for detecting a sound emitted from the sound source; a control means for generating a control signal depending on the sound detected by the sensor; and an actuator for suppressing the sound transmitted through the panel, by shaking a predetermined part of the panel on the basis of the control signal generated from the control means. When a sound is made incident vertically to the panel under non-control and anti-resonated at an anti-resonant frequency ω_a, the actuator is disposed in at least one point on an expected nodal line L_a at the panel being the nodal line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
