PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure smoothness for an inner surface through restraint of generation of defects and restrain performance degradation of superconducting accelerator cavity.;SOLUTION: A plurality of inner cavity cells constituted of a superconducting material are connected with each other, and an inside of the connected part each of the plurality of inner cavity cells is retained by a guide member arranged inside each of the plurality of inner cavity cells.
