PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to see a coupon website "Ku-pon-ya" on a mobile telephone, by attaching QR codes to, for example, chopstick cases used in restaurants.;SOLUTION: When posting shop information and coupons on the coupon website, an advertiser is allowed to create and update the coupon website through a form using a personal computer or a mobile telephone. When a user enters the website in a shop where chopstick cases, shop cards, other regular stocks or novelties are placed, the number of accesses is counted, and points are provided to the shop which has become a contact point. It is possible to store the points and use the points to post advertisements or to buy regular stocks and novelties. Further, a function is provided which makes it possible to register an e-mail address at the user's desire and which makes it possible for the advertiser to transmit e-mail magazine as needed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
