PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct and manage a compound portfolio of stocks on the basis of cost efficiency for an individual, small scale investor, or investor investing small money. PSOLUTION: A method of constructing and managing compound portfolio includes steps: acquiring selections of a plurality of investors for the investor portfolio regarding characteristic of a plurality of different assets or liabilities, using the selections of a plurality of the investors to select a plurality of different market workable assets or liabilities, a summary accounting for summing a plurality of trades of the investors and a plurality of trades of a plurality of other investors over applicable characteristic of a plurality of the assets or liabilities, and executing one and/or a plurality of trades based on the summary accounting including summary accounting of a unit stock, odd lot certificates, and/or odd stocks by using a computer so that a plurality of the selected different market workable assets or liabilities are directly reserved by the investor within the portfolio of the investor as a result of a plurality of the trades.
