PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like shading plate in which a shading thin film having a full shading property and low reflection property in a visible region widely applicable to an optical member, is formed on a resin film as a base material, and also to provide a digital camera, digital video camera diaphragm, a light quantity adjusting diaphragm device for a projector, or a shutter, using the film-like shading plate.;SOLUTION: In this film-like shielding plate, the shading thin film (B) made of a crystalline carbonized oxidized titanium film is formed on at least one side of a resin film base material (A). The shading thin film (B) has a carbon content of 0.6 or more in C/Ti atom ratio and an oxygen content of 0.2-0.6 in O/Ti atom ratio, the film thickness of the shading thin film (B) is 260 nm in total, and the average optical density at the wavelength of 400-800 nm is 4.0 or more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
