PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation method and a remote operation system for electric apparatus which enable one communication terminal device to remotely operate a plurality of electric apparatuses in an area of home etc., and which also have superior cost performance and facilitate control, and to provide the communication terminal device and a communication relay device used for the remote operation system.;SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 10 transmits, based on input operation information, a control signal including apparatus identification information and operation identification information corresponding to the operation information, to the communication relay device 30. The communication relay device 30, when receiving the control signal from the communication terminal device 10, transmits the control signal to electric apparatuses 20 to 23 corresponding to the apparatus identification information included in the control signal.
