PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blending apparatus performing blending without causing the clogging as compared to such a case that the blending apparatus does not have a plurality of through-holes in the vicinity of the distal end of an inner tube and, in particular to provide a blending apparatus stably blending a poor solvent of a resin with an organic solvent solution of the resin.;SOLUTION: The blending apparatus includes an outer tube and at least one inner tube arranged inside the outer tube, wherein the distal end, in the lengthwise direction, of the inner tube is located at an intermediate position, in the lengthwise direction, of the outer tube, and the inner tube has a plurality of through-holes in the vicinity of the distal end thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
