PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinguishably detect spot-like out-of-broadcast-range and out-of-broadcast-range caused by a change in broadcast range in the case that a receiving level is reduced.;SOLUTION: A receiver includes: a receiving level acquiring means for acquiring a receiving level of a received broadcast wave; a moving speed detecting means for detecting a moving speed for a mobile terminal to move away from a broadcast wave transmitting apparatus; and an out-of-broadcast-range determining means in which, when the receiving level acquired by the receiving level acquiring means is lower than a critical receiving level at which a viewing state of television broadcast can be obtained, the moving speed detected by the moving speed detecting means is used to determine either out-of-broadcast-range caused by a change in broadcast range or spot-like out-of-broadcast-range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
