PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately recognize a relationship between a speaker and listeners in overall participants by making clear whether the speech of a participant is made after listening to the speech of any other participant.;SOLUTION: An interactive relationship derivation apparatus stores for each participant voice data and behavior data of the respective participants and detects speech starting times of participants on the basis of the voice data stored in a storage means. On the basis of the speech starting times and the behavior data, before a participant starts a speech, a speech preparation period awaiting the end of a speech of the other participant is detected.
