PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression-molding device of a laminate capable of molding the laminate with the same mold in molding a long beam member even when the thickness of the laminate in the lengthwise direction changes, and to provide a method of manufacturing a preform and a method of manufacturing a prepreg molded body. PSOLUTION: In the compression-molding device of compression-molding the laminate sheet containing a reinforcing fiber in a mold while conveying the same in the lengthwise direction intermittently and/or continuously, there is mounted in the mold a corner having two planes and a curved ridge line made by intersection of the two planes in the direction for the laminate to be conveyed, and there is mounted in the corner a movable member capable of moving without separation from the mold.
