PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and effectively confirm remote visual inspection for an inside of a nuclear reactor in advance. PSOLUTION: This remote visual inspection support system for supporting the remote visual inspection for an inspection-objective structure includes a display means such as a monitor 16, an input means 15, a three-dimensional model storage part 10 for storing a three-dimensional model of the inspection-objective structure, a three-dimensional model display part 14 for displaying the three-dimensional model on the monitor 16, an inspection portion assigning part 11 for receiving an inspection portion assigned by the input means 15 while correlated with the three-dimensional model displayed on the monitor 16, a past inspection image database 13 for storing at least one of a still image and an dynamic image of the inspection-objective structure photographed by an inspection camera, while correlated with a photographed position, a past inspection image searching part 12 for searching and extracting a past inspection image corresponding to a position of the inspection portion from the past inspection image database 13, and a past inspection image display part 17 for displaying the past inspection image on the monitor 16.
