PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot bed apparatus for farm field soil which includes a hot bed mat which heats the soil of farm field or the like so as to effectively cultivate and grow farm crops, is facilitated in wiring, is allowed to be set up in a broad range of the farm field, and also secures water permeability so as to prevent the farm crops from suffering from wet damage. PSOLUTION: The hot bed apparatus for farm field soil is buried in the soil of the farm field, and includes: the hot bed mat raising the temperature of the soil and having water permeability; and heat-insulating material buried below the hot bed mat and having a water-permeable opening. The hot bed mat is formed as follows: electric wires flatly disposed in parallel to each other, and a plurality of weft threads placed in a direction intersecting with the electric wires are incorporated into a mesh shape.
