PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external application agent having excellent effects by using a component derived from natural sources.;SOLUTION: The external application agent having an excellent instantaneous effect and sustainability of the effect is obtained by including 15-50 wt.% of an extract of cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa of family Rubiaceae) and shea butter for achieving the purpose.
