PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional liquid packing container and the like which can surely and efficiently discharge bubbles flowing into the functional liquid packing container.;SOLUTION: The functional liquid packing container (subtank 41) stores a functional liquid supplied from a functional liquid supply source and has a bag-shaped pack body 61 for supplying the functional liquid to a functional droplet discharge head. The functional liquid packing container includes an inflow port 71 provided in the pack body 61 and connected to the functional liquid supply source, an outflow port 72 connected to the functional droplet discharge head, and a bubble discharge port 73 for discharging the bubbles flowing in.
