METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORECASTING FLUCTUATING AIRFLOW RATE IN WIND TUNNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for forecasting a fluctuating air flow rate in a wind tunnel by means of simulation.;SOLUTION: This device includes a P-Q curve fan model made by previously setting a relation between an inlet-outlet differential pressure ΔP of a fan and the fan flow rate Q of an air flow supplied by the fan, an initial condition analysis means for analyzing an initial flow rate in the wind tunnel in an initial state, a variable value calculation means for finding a variable value given by a fluctuating wind generator after a lapse of a fixed time period Δt from the initial state, a CFD analysis means outputting the differential pressure of the fan by using the initial flow rate and the variable value as input values, a fan flow rate calculation means for calculating a fan flow rate from an output value of the differential pressure by using the fan model, and a repetition means for calculating a fan flow rate after a lapse of Δt by using the value calculation means, the CFD analysis means, and the rate calculation means. By the repetition means, the flow rate is repeatedly calculated until a desired time period elapses to forecast a temporal change in the fluctuating air flow rate in the wind tunnel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
