PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly correct a taboo phrase in patient records (nursing records). PSOLUTION: A patient recording/edition device includes: a nursing record input part 201 for inputting nursing records; a check part 203 for retrieving a taboo phrase in a taboo phrase collection stored in a taboo phrase master database 120 in the nursing records; an alternative plan display part 205 for, when the taboo phrase is found by the check part 203, displaying an alternative phrase corresponding to the taboo phrase; a user level check part 202 for confirming authority applied to the user; a correction accepting part 206 for, when the taboo phrase is found by the check part 203, and the authority confirmed by the user level check part 202 is authority to which the correction of the taboo phrase is permitted, accepting the correction of the taboo phrase; and a registration part 207 for, when a new alterative phrase is used for the correction, adding the new alterative phrase to the taboo phrase collection.
