PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a distribution line voltage within a given voltage range while keeping low the number of phase-advancing capacitors to be suspended.;SOLUTION: Steps for generating a suspension investigation list LNSC are executed. The steps consist of a step of specifying one of power demanders on a suspension investigation list Li-1 (S402 and S403), a step of specifying one of nodes other than each node corresponding to the specified power demander (S404 and S405), a step of calculating the ultimate voltage of a given node when each node corresponding to the specified power demander and a phase-advancing capacitor SC connected to the specified node are suspended (S406), a step of adding a power demander connected to the specified node to a suspension investigation list Li when the ultimate voltage of the given node becomes equal to or more than the lower limit value of a given voltage range in the distribution line (S407 to S411), and a step of changing a specified node and a specified power demander (S412 and S413).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
