PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a social spammer discrimination device capable of exactly discriminating a spammer.;SOLUTION: The social spammer discrimination device includes: a tag information database 110 for storing tag information including a tag giving behavior history of each time of a user and information as to whether the user is a spammer; a session information extracting means 120 for gathering the tag information in each user's session and generating session information including the tag giving behavior history; a session information database 130 for storing the generated session information; a spam score calculation function 140 for calculating characteristics of the user's tag giving behavior history on the basis of the information in the databases 110 and 130 and generating a spammer discriminator, and a spam discrimination device 150 generated by the function 140.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
