PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a related web page detecting device which can easily detect a related web page group having similar property.;SOLUTION: The related web page detecting device has a web page collecting section 101 which collects a web page from Internet 50 to register the web page in a web page information DB 102, a network extracting section 103 which represents a network in an adjacency matrix form by extracting hyperlink information from the DB 102 and registering the hyperlink information in a hyperlink information DB 104, a web page characteristic amount calculating section 105 which calculates a characteristic amount based on a connection state of an edge with a node and its peripheral node per node based on the network and registers the characteristic amount in a web page characteristic amount DB 106, and a related web page calculating section 107 which calculates a web page related to a page to be processed based on the characteristic amount of each page and presents a related web page group as an output.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
