PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental prosthesis adopting a double corona structure including the internal and external coronas, in which only the external corona can be exchanged without shaving the internal corona and an anchor tooth even when exchange is required due to the breakage of the external corona, etc., and also to provide a method for manufacturing the prosthesis, and a dental restoration method using the prosthesis.;SOLUTION: The dental prosthesis 10 includes: the internal corona 12 having an under-cut part 14a as a recess in the external surface 12a; and the external corona 13 having a projected protruding part 14b in an internal surface 13a in contact with the internal corona 12.
