PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass block wall surface structure adopting a tension resisting material replacing a supporting rib, a construction method of a glass block wall eliminating poor filling of joint mortar, and a repairing method of the glass block wall. PSOLUTION: In the structure of the glass block wall 10, a plurality of glass blocks 1 are aligned vertically and laterally in a frame body 32 by the intermediary of joint mortar 38, the continuous tension resisting material 20 is fixed to a surface 38a of the joint mortar 38 of a joint part 10a, and the tension resisting material 20 is covered by a decorating joint material 39. In the construction method, the glass blocks 1 are piled up by the intermediary of the joint mortar 38, and the tension resisting material 20 is fixed to the surface 38a thereof, and the tension resisting material 20 is covered by the decorating joint material 39. In the repairing method, the decorating joint material is removed from a broken joint part, the continuous tension resisting material 20 is fixed to the surface of the exposed joint mortar, and the tension resisting material 20 is covered by the decorating joint material 39.
