PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a value of a measured blood sugar level of a diabetic patient on a graph, and to display the number of times of measurement and a target number of times when a numerical value is within an alarming region or a dangerous zone. PSOLUTION: A blood sugar information processor includes a PC10, a display device 12, an input device 14, and a printer 16. The PC10 includes: an operation part having a function of retrieving measurement data of the blood sugar level of the patient from a blood sugar measuring device 18, a function of displaying a graph, and a function of displaying a blood sugar level; and a database capable of showing the name of the patient, a time slot of the measurement, an average blood sugar level, the number of alarming times, the graph, the target number of alarming times, and a target average value in the inside.
