PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis adjusting device in which a wiring does not cause interference with surrounding components when AFS-swiveling, and leveling operations are conducted.;SOLUTION: The optical axis adjusting device comprises: an outside bracket of ring-like form; an inner bracket connected in a swingable state to the outside bracket through a vertical swinging shaft; a lighting unit connected in a swingable state to the inner bracket through a horizontal swinging shaft; a leveling motor fastened to the inner bracket or the lighting unit, which has an outputting shaft that swings the lighting unit in a vertical direction with the horizontal swinging shaft in the center by having its projecting amount varied by the foregoing motor and a connector for supplying electrical power; and an AFS motor fastened to the outside bracket, which has an outputting shaft that causes the lighting unit to be swung to a direction of right and left with the vertical swinging shaft in the center by the AFS motor, an AFS motor side power-supply connector, and a supporting member that supports the AFS motor side power-supply connector in a swingable state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
