PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide required improvement of a cosmetic for sensitive skin for improving the state of the skin and dissolving skin stress received from environment.;SOLUTION: This cosmetic for the sensitive skin is provided by blending biotin which is a component to improve the state of the skin, by neutralizing it with a basic amino acid to improve its solubility to water for aiming at the improvement of the state of the skin, and further by blending an anti-inflammatory component to enable the improvement of skin troubles caused by the stresses.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
