PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying a breed of Chrysanthemum morifolium, to provide a primer set usable therefor, and to provide a method for making the primer for identifying the breed of the Chrysanthemum morifolium.;SOLUTION: The method for identifying the breed of the Chrysanthemum morifolium includes amplifying a DNA extracted from the Chrysanthemum morifolium of an identifying target by using the primer set designed so as to amplify a microsatellite marker having polymorphism in the breeds of the Chrysanthemum morifolium by PCR by using the DNA as a template, and analyzing the amplified product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
