PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll road toll determination system, a toll determination device, and a toll determination method capable of determining toll in response to a travel distance in which a load of previous preparation of a system user is small.;SOLUTION: The system includes an entrance road side device 5 (or toll gate device 3) for transmitting entrance road side device identification information for identifying vehicle identification information acquired from a vehicle which is running into the toll road and an own device to a central processing device 6, an exit road side device 4 for transmitting exit road side device identification information for identifying the vehicle identification information acquired from the vehicle which is running out from the toll road and the own device to the central processing device 6, and the central processing device 6 for performing a settlement process by specifying the toll responding to the travel distance after specifying an entrance and an exit in every vehicle identification information based on information received from these devices.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
