PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to reduction in a cost of an energy saving equipment introduction by a participant in an energy saving equipment introduction support system and its method for reducing greenhouse gas.;SOLUTION: In the system, an energy saving activity management server 100, a participant terminal 301, an electric power company terminal 401, a discharge right transaction applying enterprise terminal 501 and an energy saving equipment manufacturer terminal 601 are connected with one another via a network. An energy saving equipment buying and selling table 16 of the server 100 records information including a product name of an energy saving equipment manufacturer, a price and a buying and selling result. A participant management table 11 registers a participant name, an ID, and purchase-desired equipment. An electric power amount management table 12 records a consumed electric power amount of the participant. An electric power reduction calculation unit 13 obtains a reduction amount of an electric power amount. A CO₂ reduction calculation unit 14 obtains a CO₂ reduction amount corresponding to the electric power reduction amount. A discharge right transaction buying and selling table 15 registers the CO₂ reduction amount corresponding to the participant and then a transaction state and a transaction price are managed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
