PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multistage seawater desalination equipment of a cascaded type which provides product water of high quality and to provide an operation control method of the multistage seawater desalination equipment.;SOLUTION: The multistage seawater desalination equipment includes a high pressure pump P₁ for pressurizing raw water 11 to predetermined high pressure, a high pressure reverse osmosis device 13 having a high pressure reverse osmosis membrane 13a for concentrating salt content in supplied water 12 pressurized to the high pressure, a first drainage valve 21 which is interposed in a permeated water line L₂ for supplying permeated water 14 to a downstream side and temporarily discharges the permeated water 14 at an early stage of operation start from a drainage line L₆, a low pressure pump P₂ which is interposed in a permeated water line L₃ at a downstream side of the first drainage valve 21 and pressurizes the permeated water 14 to predetermined low pressure, a low pressure reverse osmosis device 16 having a low pressure reverse osmosis membrane 16a for concentrating salt content in the supplied water 15 pressurized to the low pressure by the low pressure pump P₂ and a second drainage valve 22 which is interposed in a drainage line L₅ at a concentrated water side of the low pressure reverse osmosis device 16 and temporarily discharges the supplied water 15 of low pressure at the early stage of operation start that is supplied to the low pressure reverse osmosis device 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
