PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve conventional problems of scratch off implement in which an endless belt tends to break and damaging shells. PSOLUTION: The scratch off implement has a discoidal mounting body which can be mounted on an axis of rotation and has many springs or elastic projections radially mounted at intervals on the peripheral surface, and a scratch off body is mounted on each spring or projection. Optionally, many projections composed of an elastic body may be mounted on a peripheral surface of a drum like mounting body and mounting a scratch off body on each projection. Optionally, many projections may be mounted on a sheet and the sheet may be wound on the mounting body. Many scratch off bodies may be mounted on the peripheral surface of the mounting body at intervals. The mounting body may be made of a metal. The top side of the scratching off bodies may be mounted on the same or different direction, or slantingly mounted. The scratch off implement for the cleaning tool of shell surface-cleaning machine is obtained by mounting a mounting body having many scratch off implements arranged in a line or the drum like mounting body, on the axis of rotation.
