PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding chip capable of improving productivity by enhancing cooling efficiency.;SOLUTION: A cooling air passage 14 is formed by assembling a cooling tube 10 outside the welding chip 1. Cooling air sprayed from a cooling air supply pipe 9 is flowed on a welded surface 3 and a whole outside of the welding chip 1 to be discharged from discharge holes 11, 11a. The whole of the welding chip 1 is cooled by forming the stream of such cooling air, and then the cooling efficiency is enhanced and specifically productivity is improved during continuous operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
