PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective film capable of displaying more positive watertightness by improving its shape and attaining stabilized quality at the time of production.;SOLUTION: The protective film of the water-hammer prevention device is made from a doom-shaped base body with a space in the inside, and an opening edge at the lower part of the doom-shaped base body includes a flange-shaped fitting projected section sticking inwardly in the radial direction. One or a plurality of projecting sections are respectively formed on the upper surface, an internal peripheral surface, and the lower surface of the fitting projected section, and can be elastically fitted with a fitting groove section arrange around a head section of a body of a water-hammer prevention device. A diameter of the maximum outer periphery of the protective film is set up to be slightly smaller than an internal diameter of a casing fitted on the body of the water-hammer prevention device, and cross-sectioned shapes of the projecting sections respectively arranged on the fitting projected section are set up to be an arc-shape. Arcs of the arc-shaped projecting sections are set up to be the same radius. Further, three arc-shaped projecting sections are prepared, and the center point of a virtual circle forming each arc is set up to be a position relationship located at each top of a right triangle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
