PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupancy of a recording medium of a relay mobile terminal and a relay fixed station by a duplication of a copy distribution in a network in which a delivery confirmation like DTN is difficult and a transfer between nodes is uncertain.;SOLUTION: A network is configured with a fixed station and a mobile terminal coming and going between the fixed stations, and performs a data transfer where the fixed station and the mobile terminal are a transmission source, a destination, or a relay terminal.
