PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black list by which each user can perform spam determination according to an original criterion while using a common black list in spam elimination of E-mail.;SOLUTION: A common black list for registering all the users using a system, a white list registered according to each user's determination, and an eliminated black list for holding data which are not accepted among the data registered by other users have in the common black list are used to provide a result of spam determination desired by a user himself or herself.
