PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference device, a minutes management system, a minutes management method, and a minutes management program enabling retrieval of desired minutes data even if minutes are created using a language different from a used one.;SOLUTION: Minutes data and tag data are input into the conference device 3 (201 and 202), and tag data are input into the conference devices 4 to 6 (203, 204 and 205). The conference device 3 transmits a tag transmission request signal (206), and the conference devices 4 to 6 transmit tag data in response to the tag transmission request signal (207, 208, 209). Then, the conference device 3 associates the minutes data with the tag data to create tag minutes data (210). The tag minutes data are transmitted to the conference devices 4 to 6 (211).
