PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid fiber holding excellent heat resistance, to provide a fiber-based board which uses the polylactic acid fibers and can prevent the softening of the polylactic acid by frictional heat on router processing or drill processing, and to provide a polylactic acid fiber-based board which improves the adhesion of processing blades to polylactic acid, the scrap adhesion and burrs of a processed board to cut surface, and is excellent in a cutting property.;SOLUTION: The polylactic acid fiber includes 0.1 to 5.0 mass% of a metal salt of a phosphonic acid having an aromatic ring in a fiber of polylactic acid resin. The fiber-based board having a crystallinity of not less than 10% in the surface layer portion and a crystallinity of not less than 40% in the middle layer portion comprises the polylactic acid fibers and natural fibers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
