PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mamma X-ray image radiographing apparatus attaining accurate early diagnosis of breast cancer by providing both of an X-ray tomographic image accurately displaying the positions of a phyma and calcification and an X-ray transmission plane image in which calcification appears clearly.;SOLUTION: This mamma X-ray transmission plane image and tomographic image radiographing apparatus comprises a radiographic apparatus in which an X-ray generator 20 and an X-ray detector 18 are oppositely arranged on both sides of a rotation axis A perpendicular to a top plate 12 and passing an opening 14 through which the breast hangs, and are configured to rotate around the rotation axis, and an arithmetic unit for reconfiguring the X-ray transmission image supplied from the radiographic apparatus, to form an X-ray tomographic image. The X-ray tomographic image is formed using the X-ray transmission image obtained by irradiating X-ray corn beams for the X-ray tomographic image while rotating, and the radiographic apparatus is arranged in an arrangement position determined based on the X-ray tomographic image, to provide a mamma X-ray transmission plane image by X-ray corn beams for the plane image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
