PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material for RTM molding having excellent microcrack resistance and exhibiting excellent compression characteristics after certain fatigue is imposed. PSOLUTION: The invention relates to a fiber-reinforced composite material having porous sheet compressive strength of 220-300 Mpa under the emvironment of 23C. The material is obtained by pouring and impregnating an epoxy resin composition into a preform, which is heated and cured, wherein the epoxy resin composition comprises a base resin containing an epoxy resin and a curing agent containing an epoxy-curing component, and has a fracture toughness (GIc) of 100-200 J/mSP2/SPmeasured at 25C according to ASTM D5045-93 for a cured material obtained by curing at 180C for 2 hours, wherein the preform is obtained by layering carbon fibers having elastic modulus of 200-400 GPa.
