PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composite member having durability which can be used for various resin molded parts, and a process for producing it.;SOLUTION: The conductive composite member comprises porous matrix having voids filled with conductive material, or porous matrix having voids filled with fluorinated elastomer containing conductive material. The process for producing the conductive composite member comprises filling voids of the porous matrix with a dispersion of conductive material, heating to evaporate the dispersion to provide a porous matrix having voids filled with the conductive materials. Further, the process for producing conductive composite member comprises incorporating a conductive material into a liquid fluorinated elastomer, heating and pressurizing the liquid fluorinated elastomer and filling the voids of the porous matrix with the heated and pressurized liquid fluorinated elastomer to provide a porous matrix having voids filled with a fluorinated elastomer containing the conductive material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
