PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working head for ultrasonic machining, which, even if repeatedly exchanged, is used for a long period of time because fastening members such as a screw are not exhausted, and of which the fixing operations are simple, and of which the machine mechanism is also simple.;SOLUTION: A working head 13 for ultrasonic machining fixes a tool horn 17 having a to-be-latched part 174 to a position that is a node of widths of ultrasonic vibration, and machines a work W while ultrasonically vibrating the tool horn 17. The working head 13 includes: an ultrasonic resonator 12 for oscillating the ultrasonic vibration; a fixing part 131 for fixing the ultrasonic resonator 12; actuators 1322, which are expansible and are fixed to the fixing part 131; and a fixing means 132 provided with a latching part 1321, which is connected to the actuators 1322 and latches the to-be-latched part 174 of the tool horn 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
